FAQs

What types of items do you sell?

I offer a wide variety of products, including stylish apparel, unique accessories, and thoughtful giftable items. My collection celebrates diverse tastes and personal styles, making it easy to find something that feels uniquely you (or perfect for someone you love).

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse the online store, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order securely.

Can I cancel my order?

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED!

Payment is processed automatically once you place your order at checkout!

If an error was made during the ordering process please send an email to browneyedgirlcollective@yahoo.com with details of the issue and we will do what we can to resolve it.

Do you take returns?

In general, returns are not accepted.

If an item was damaged during transit, you will need to contact the shipper.

If you receive a custom item that was made incorrectly at the fault of the vendor, I will work to get you a replacement shipped ASAP.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I am very excited to report that we have many vendors that will do individual, and group, custom orders and offer many great designs and ideas to choose from. Each item that can be customized is noted with a “Customizable” ribbon in the top left corner of the product image. There is also a “Custom/Personalization” Category that includes all of these products in one place.

Do you restock "sold out" items?

Occasionally, you may order an item that is no longer available from the vendor before we have had time to remove it from the website. If this occurs, I can check with the vendor to see if it will be restocked, and when. If it is not going to be available when you need it by, we will process a refund for the item back to the original payment method.

When will my order ship?

The majority of the vendors we work with are small businesses that only offer “Made to Order” products due to the uniqueness/personalization of their items. Regular Production/Shipping time for these items can vary from 10-15 business days. During peak/holiday times, these Production/Shipping times can be extended up to 22 days.

For items “in stock”, you can expect delivery within 6-10 business days during normal delivery time frames. For orders during peak/holiday times, delivery can be extended up to 18 days. Please note this would be the exception, not the norm. But the more customized an order is, the longer production can take.
